We have begun our first unit of LIFE SCIENCE - starting off with our first chapter on Plants.

This week we introduced the key words from the chapter:

Decidous, coniferous, seedling, seed leaf, system, pollinate, fossil and extinct.

We have learnt and practiced a new science skill - "compare and contrast". Each student made their own venn diagram to compare and contrast the leaves and roots of radishes and grass.
